Review:This was a bad experience. The company wildly underestimated the number of men and vans and the time needed and I had to pay more money during the move to ensure that it would be completed. They also sent far too few packing materials and I had to go and buy more during the move. The men were hard working but did not understand English much (with one exception). At one point they stopped work claiming I had not paid funds - despite proof - and they took another job across the road in the meantime. Some of the movers ate food in my kitchen without asking - including chocolate meant for my children. It made an already stressful day almost intolerable.

Mr Matthew, you sent us the list and we estimated the volume based on that list so 2 VANs and 4 men were sent for 8h of work, also mentioning that 2 trips will be required. When the team arrived they called the office and told us there's a lot more stuff than the 50 cubic meters that we had on the list sent by you.So we've sent extra 2 vans and 4 men that ended up the job after 12 hours so if we would have kept only those 2 teams than the job would have been done in minimum 24h and the money you would have paid would have been the same as we just charged you per hour per team. More teams half number of hours of work.Re the packing materials and number of boxes that was discussed with you. Also you did not mention that we also offered free mattress covers.Thanks.
