On the removals day the guys were super friendly, flexible and very accommodating when we didnt get keys until later in the day. Everything went really smoothly and Id absolutely recommend Omega!

Review:Omega were just amazing, from the initial valuation and quote through the paperwork and process stages, right up to and including packing and moving.The packing and moving team were fantastic, so professional, helpful, friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and we knew exactly what would be needed when at every point during the day.Omega's price was very much mid-range and affordable (we got several quotes) and I would say they provided outstanding value for money, including 3 packers spending a whole day packing up for us prior to move day.I can't recommend these guys highly enough! Review:It was a nightmare the job got done but they weren't happy with the new place we moved as there was no lift and they couldn't park outside the flat so they had to park on the garden, they didn't send enough people or big enough van and tried to charge us more because they ran over by half an hour, they made me feel uncomfortable when they had a go at me, they didn't ask to view the new flat before the move and only asked where we were moving from but I did tell them it was up 2 flights of stairs and there was no lift when I booked with them, we tipped them after just because we felt bad for how much of a nightmare it was. Unfortunately we won't be using them again. It wasn't the lads fault for the nightmare but the company's fault. Very stressful and not a great move.

Hi Gemma. Thank you for your feed back, I am quite disappointed to hear your views on how the move day went. With regards to viewing the moving to address, this isn't something we ever need to do as we rely on the customer to advise us about access and levels and lifts etc. I have no record of you advising us regarding the access issues at the second address. Also the situation that the guys were met with at the moving from property did also cause delays as stuff wasn't packed away in boxes ready for them to move and it was a little unorganised. We sent 2 guys with 1 van and we did 2 trips in 6.5 hours which was sufficient enough to carry out your move, it did go over by half an hour, and it does say on our terms and conditions, and the quote, that if the job goes over the allocated time there will be additional charges, if we would have sent another man and van it would have been a much higher quote and the reason you chose us was because of the price in regards to the other quotes you had. I did void the extra charge immediately and you gave the guys a tip for moving you so I wasn't aware before this review that you were unhappy with the service. Kind regardsBristol

Review:5 Star service from this great removal company. Communication prior to the move was excellent from Tony and Claire. They allow you to pencil in dates for your proposed completion dates prior to exchange of contracts and keep you updated if other customers are looking at the same dates. You only pay a non refundable 20% deposit when you confirm the date then balance the night before your move. A?750 for a team of 3 top quality guys (Yon and his lads were fantastic) to move us from Yate in Bristol to Dursley in Glos. Great care taken with all of our belongings. Carpets and stairs were covered before they started moving everything. We had packed ourselves but this service can be provided at an extra cost. Thouroughly recommend this family friendly company. Well done to all.

Review:I cannot rate We Like to Move It Enough. I haven't used a removal company before and didn't know what to expect, I was initially tempted to go with a national company, all of whom were vastly more expensive and some (not all) try to sway you by telling you horror stories of smaller companies who are not BAR registered. This does not apply to WLTMI - not only did they move us from Bristol to Newcastle in the middle of the pandemic, they did so professionally, safely and with such excellent service. They advised how to pack up the house, arrived and sprayed everything with disinfectant and made sure everyone involved was safe and keeping their distance. All our possessions arrived safely and the team didn't complain once about the distance and moving such a heavy load in just one day! Please do use this company, they are really great and very good value for money.
