On the packing day they finished at 4pm with still a lot of stuff to pack. On moving day they then had too much to do (3 guys and the boss helping out) and we're still unloading at 9pm. I was told they would have to finish and deliver the rest the following day. Charged an extra £400 for this. Neither of my two children's beds were unloaded, so had to sleep on mattresses on the floor. Next day my daughters bunk-bed arrived with scratches all over the paintwork as it wasn't protected as it should have been. (this was only 6 months old and cost £300.) Complained about this and awaiting a response. I appreciate that a house move is a tricky business and the guys worked hard, but I feel things could have been better planned and executed.
