Review:I have moved many times; this company is by far the best I have ever experienced. The office staff were friendly, accommodating and above all else helpful. But what really makes this company is the removals team, and what a team! They arrived early on the day; they took the time to walk through the house and ask relevant questions and then worked solidly for the next 8 hours whilst maintaining a professional and friendly approach. Many thanks to Ben and each member of the team, you made an extremely difficult task so much easier.

Review:Some items seemed to be missing when we unpacked. The movers were friendly, but there was some confusion with our buyer who arrived too early and used the same company.

Review:Went for the full pack and move service. On the packing day they finished at 4pm with still a lot of stuff to pack. On moving day they then had too much to do (3 guys and the boss helping out) and we're still unloading at 9pm. I was told they would have to finish and deliver the rest the following day. Charged an extra A?400 for this. Neither of my two children's beds were unloaded, so had to sleep on mattresses on the floor. Next day my daughters bunk-bed arrived with scratches all over the paintwork as it wasn't protected as it should have been. (this was only 6 months old and cost A?300.) Complained about this and awaiting a response. I appreciate that a house move is a tricky business and the guys worked hard, but I feel things could have been better planned and executed.

Due to getting the keys late at around 4-5pm we had to unload 2 vehicles and make all beds bunk beds and furniture which was impossible to complete in the late evening which we did make an effort until 9pm which was unfortunate but rest assured we did everything we would to help get you moved. We paid you fully for the bed we scratched and issue seems resolved and you were happy. We apologise on this occasion for any issues the move may of caused you and we will take good measures for the future this never happens again.Enfield

Review:The men were amazing and nothing was too much trouble - even when they took a heavy cabinet to the top floor and we asked them to take it back again! I'd use them again .
