Review:I got in contact with ZEDZ Removals on a very short notice and spoke to Adam. They were fully booked, however they managed to find me a time slot. On moving day, the team that arrived were very friendly. They were excellent, as they dismantled my bed along with all the other furnitures, wrapped/packed them and loaded everything into the van safely. As they arrived at the new place, they reassembled all my furnitures and placed everything in the correct rooms. I am giving them 5 stars, as they deserve it and would highly recommend them.

Review:They guys were amazing, took stock of all the needed to be moved then cracked on, the drop off place had a quite a few stairs and they didn't complain once, they assembled the wardrobe and bed perfect, were just genuinely really polite and lovely The only niggle I had was I ended up having more boxes than I estimated (I packed smaller boxes so they were easier to carry) and ended up having to pay an extra 80 fee so make sure you count your boxes!

Review:Zedz were amazing, diligent workers who had to deal with lots of stairs. They picked up from our flat in London on the Thursday, stored our stuff over night and then delivered the next day to our new flat in Bristol. There was an increase in cost as i underestimated how many boxes I had when doing the initial quote. I would recommend being as accurate as possible throughout your packing and let them know if theres an increase on what you originally estimated so that there a no surprises on the day. That being said, the increase was very reasonable and we are incredibly happy with the service.

Review:Brilliant! I moved from London to Cardiff and from the first call from Zak, this was one of the smoothest transactions I have ever had. They kept in touch right up to moving day, arrived on time, were friendly, polite, professional and just fantastic to deal with. My things were moved out within 40 minutes, they kept in touch with me when they arrived in Cardiff and sent me a video of the empty van and the boxes in my new apartment. I cannot recommend them enough. They took the stress out of moving and were a joy to deal with. If youre moving, look no further, hire them. They offer a packing service too! Take the packing service. Just brilliant!

The booking was very simple although I was a bit afraid because of the previous company I had used which let me down big time. Review:I had an upright piano which needed to go up 3rd floor unfortunately no lift. The piano is significantly heavey and requires strong and professional movers especially 3rd floor with narrow stairs. ZEDZ REMOVALS made this look easy with soo much care. They made sure its well protected with bubble wrap and blankets before carrying it up to the third floor. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend to anyone moving.

Review:Moving day is always very stressful and I am pleased I trusted ZEDZ Removals with taking the hassle out of it. I managed to book a slot only a couple days before my move and was updated on the arrival times of the team on the day. All my belonging were moved carefully, the team even had extra materials to protect more fragile pieces. I really appreciate the effort and recommend ZEDZ Removals.

Review:Zedz removals were very helpful with my recent move. Review:Zedz removals were great. Id have no problem recommending them to friends and family. The 2 lads who came to unload from a storage unit, reload and unpack at final destination were great. Both were professional, showed great care with my stuff, and were incredibly friendly. Just be sure to to get a proper quote with all the info first. We were quoted a price with additional 49/every half hour which resulted in a final cost double that of the quote. Nevertheless, they were really good and Ill definitely be recommending to others and will go to them myself again in the future.

Review:UPDATE 2/3/23 - Jemma has provided further information, "'After being contacted by the company, I was assured this was an unusually delayed response and within an hour my frame was compensated for", and the scores updated.ORIGINAL REVIEW - I started off reahappy with the service. I was told I would have two people with the van. On the day it was one. He was really great as I had more items then I thought. I was assured I was covered by the company insurance. On transit a picture frames was smashed. The mover advertised me to contact the office. I took pictures and sent an email. Since I have contacted Zedz Removals 3 times with no reply. Very disappointed. Would not recommend if you value your items.

Review:I found the company on compare my move and they came back to me straight away with a very good quote, everyone was very polite and professional. I had an issue with the moving date and they were kind enough to fit me in the morning in the last minute. The guys came on time and loaded/unloaded everything with care. I would definitely recommend them if you need to move and do not want to stress, as they are very efficient and quick, at a very competitive price as they also provide dismantling and reassemble.

Review:Not great. Owner quoted 560 all inclusive on WhatsApp to move 1 bed flat from Barking to West London but before unloading he increased the price to 859. No integrity, just don't book, I cancelled anohter booking for this service. Not happy at all. He only reduced 50 after haggling. They weren't unloading unless we pay first. My back was injured and wife pregnant. We wanted a service thats no frills attached, all prices included and I asked upfront about it but they changed. If upfront price was 850 I would have paid it buts its a matter of principle, honesty, integrity. Their people kept using our toilet multiple times. How would they feel if I would have said no and ask them to pay 50 for everytime they use loo or deducted from the amount. We didn't even take our sofa bed, dinning table and chairs. He accused us of having 45 boxes and packed boxes were only 14, rest were clothes in plastic bags. Complete let down. Go for a big company with proper customer service. No point supporting small businesses like this.

Review:After a long and arduous house sale our completion day was sprung on us but ZEDZ came up trumps and pulled it off for us. Review:I used the removal service from ZEDZ removal to move home in June. The quote was very competitive and the booking service was easy. On the day the team arrived bit late but they said it was due to the bad traffic but once they got on to the work the guys did a quick and good job. They wrapped the furniture where necessary to avoid any damage. The two boys who came were quite friendly and finished the job well. Overall I'm happy with the service I received and have already booked them again for another move later this year.

Review:When I got the quote I had received another one from, this company beat the quote so I decided to go with them. My husband has had cancer so was doing the move alone. I thought using zed removals was a smart move. On the day they arrived late, said I had so many more boxes, long and short is I was charged another 320. I was so disappointed with the service, was stressed enough doing the move alone with more stress added. Not all our things were moved I had to do xwr trips back and forward and the movers had no care or regard. Boxes were unloaded and despite being labelled, we're not put in specific rooms, I had to lug and lift, adding more stress and work. I wouldnt recommend this company or use them again.

Review:ZEDZ Removals was one of the companies that provided a quotation via compare a move. I had a long distance move and due to rail strikes, I had to have my boxes collected and stored before delivery. ZEDZ removals were able to assist with this and were extremely efficient and professional throughout. The teams at both ends were friendly and efficient. Fragile items were handled as such and arrived safely. Communication was smooth throughout and boxes were fetched and delivered at the agreed time slots. Moving is a stress with multiple factors to consider. Having ZEDZ removals take care of the physical move was one less thing to worry about. Very impressed by the service provided and would absolutely recommend.

Review:Both of The Porters were very efficient and got things done very quickly and swiftly. There was a bit of a communication issue from the email I had sent regarding me joining the team to travel to my new location but this was resolved quickly. The only negative was that 2 of my record crates broke even though they were quite fragile. I do think they will do perform better once they upgrade their Van to maximise their duties better. Got me to my location in good time and were friendly also.Shaun

Review:A very kind and hard working team. I was unwell on the move day and they helped me and reassured me it was all fine.My valuable items were handled with care and furniture and mattress were protected, arriving intact at the destination.The team also unloaded some items in the converted loft which was a huge help.There had to be a price adjustment on the quote since I forgot to mention that the walk to the house was long. That adjustment was fair and handled with care.Overall a no nonsense company with pleasant dedicated workers. It's not the cheapest but the results and the ethic speak for themselves.

Review:Moving day: Confirmed they would arrive between 7.30-8. On the morning of the move, no one arrived, and no answer from any of my calls between 7.30 - 9am. Eventually answered my call around 9am, totally unapologetic and using some made up excuses. Chased again - eventually turned up at 12.15 - again with no real reason or apology.Value for money: This firm will cleverly lure you in with a competitive quote, that said definitely not the cheapest. Nearing the end of the job, with approximately half of our house moved out of the van they demand payment to be made in order to complete the job. The invoice provided is deliberately very vague, with lots of extra charges. Customer service: This was pretty much as bad as I have ever experienced. The guy in charge is extremely rude and aggressive - particularly when it comes to querying additional charges. Here he was very confrontational, screaming at my partner and I, threatening not to finish the job and at one point throwing bank notes out of his wallet at his, accusing us of conning him. Please avoid at all costs
