"We were looked after by Alex (who came to give us a quote and helped oversee the move) and Illy for the packing and moving and Illy's mother came and met us on move day at our new house. Their team was very hard working and polite and apparently have been with them for many years. We have a huge amount of stuff. Apparently over 260 boxes full. They packed it all up with great care. They removed 2 sofas through the window on the top floor of our house (4th floor). They disconnected the fridge and its water supply. Removed key light fittings. Removed and reconnected our washing machine and drier. Some firms would have done none of these these. I could not be more pleased with the way the managed to fit our large fridge/freezer into its new (very tight) home, erecting 2 x 4-poster and various other beds. They took as much care as they could over our family's old paintings and the children's many lego constructions. It took 4 days: 2 to pack and to move some things to a warehouse; 1 to take our beds, kettle and move; 1 to drop off the last few boxes (using a team of 6). It was very professional and done at a very good price compared with several other firms. Would highly recommend."

"The quotation was very competitive and the sales guy very assuring, they took all the details and we went with their advice on vans/boxes etc. I would not use again for the following reasons: 1. Prepacking - they arrived at 3pm the day before the move as opposed to the 9am 2. The didn't have enough boxes to pack all our stuff in so bought more on the day we were moving. 3. They were short staff, had I not been packing and loading the van we would not have been out in time 4. They didn't have enough space in their lorries to accommodate our goods so we were not completely moved out in time and had to pick up the rest at a later point 5. Half way through unpacking they stopped and demanded payment of the balance of the moving costs. This was very aggressively done and they were clear they would not unpack anymore until the funds were received. 6. A number of items were damaged and despite saying they have insurance, I have never been able to receive any payment. I have phoned and sent numerous emails. "
