As part of Compare My Move’s constantly evolving service and our dedication to giving you more, we recently launched our partner reviews system. We are thrilled with the success of the review scheme so far and we can only see it getting better. Companies pay big bucks to implement review software to their sites, but we offer this to you as part of your Compare My Move package. We believe this will be massively beneficial to you and will play a big part in helping to instil trust in potential customers. The third-party reviews you get with Compare My Move act just like the many review software systems that companies pay big money for such as Trustpilot.
We want you to get as much value out of the service as is possible.
Have you Checked and Replied to Your Reviews?
In case you missed it, you can log into your Compare My Move Dashboard to see and respond to your reviews. A notification system will alert you to new reviews so that you can log in and respond accordingly.
Responding to all reviews, positive and negative is paramount to the success of the scheme and we foresee it having a positive effect on your business. Seeing that a company is active on reviews pages shows potential customers that you are conscientious and professional.
Positive reviews clearly have a positive impact. People like to see that others have used a product or service before they commit to using the same product or service. From a marketing point of view, this is referred to as ‘social proof’. Some believe there is less risk using a company that others have vouched for, even if those ‘others’ are complete strangers.
You needn’t worry about the prospect of relinquishing some control by opening yourself up to third party reviews. It is easy to concern yourself with the potential damage that a bad review can do but in actual fact, a bad review can present an opportunity to restore the faith of a former customer and build trust and confidence in the eyes of potential new customers.
Feedback, positive and negative is often used as an indicator for where improvements are needed. A bad review may highlight areas of your operation that could do with more robust procedures. You will be able to make these changes off the back of this feedback.
Bad reviews can also offer up an element of authenticity to potential clients. Often, when a customer sees nothing but positive reviews, it can make them sceptical of the source. Mistakes happen and unfortunate circumstances or turns of events can cause the customer to have a less than smooth running and stress-free removal. It is in your company’s best interest, at this point, to respond to these issues and reviews.
Responding to your customers promptly and in a friendly and helpful and manner will show potential clients that your company works to resolve any issues when they inevitably occur.
As your reviews are collected, there is the functionality to add a ‘ratings badge’ to your partner page. This can potentially give a customer that final little nudge in making their decision to choose you.
You will see a Trustpilot score on your reviews that is worked out as follows:
Working with a score out of 10:
2 or Less - Bad
4 or less - Poor
6 or less - Good
8 or less - Great
Over 8 - Superb
Here at Compare My Move, we are excited to have added this feature to our service for you. We believe there is a real chance to grow here. For us and for you.
We hope that you can feel rewarded when monitoring reviews and responding in a way that will either further cement a customer’s high opinion of your company, or restore and improve a customer’s opinion of your company.
We will continue to look for ways to make our lead generation service more than just that. We aim to make Compare My Move an extension of your team. We are here to support you so if you think there is anything else we can do to make your lives easier, get in touch. We would love to hear from you.
