Share Your Partner Page to Collect Reviews

Reviews are a great way of sharing your quality services with Compare My Move users, improving your lead conversion rate. To increase the amount of Compare My Move reviews, you can share your partner page with your satisfied Compare My Move customers to encourage reviews. All you need to do is link your Partner Page once the move is complete, and the mover can leave a review of their moving day by clicking on the 'Leave a Review' button. It's easy, and can be included in your current outreach methods for collecting reviews.

All reviews left in this manner go through a verification process to ensure the user is an actual Compare My Move user. Reviewers must submit their email address and postcode to verify they used our service to get connected with you. This means that all Compare My Move reviews are verified and trusted, much like our network of partners. 

How we Collect Reviews

Now that you know that you can share your partner page to get more reviews, let's look at what we do to collect company reviews. Two weeks after the moving date, we'll email the mover asking for feedback about their moving day. If we've had no reply, we'll follow this up with two more emails a week apart, asking for moving day reviews. 

To encourage reviews, we give away a £100 Amazon Gift Card to one randomly selected reviewer every month.

We then verify the reviews adhere to our reviews policy, before publishing the feedback on your Partner Page. With particularly negative reviews, we'll usually reach out to our partners to respond before we publish it.

Our partners are rated out of 5 stars for Customer Service, Value for Money, and Moving Day. Reviewers can also leave a comment congratulating you on your good work. 

After the reviews are verified, they'll appear on your Compare My Move partner page. You'll get an average star rating out of all of your reviews, and your replies will feature here too.

Remember to Respond to Reviews

Had a good review? Had a bad review? Either way, it's best practice to respond to the review. By responding to a bad review, you'll be able to explain any issues that may have encouraged bad feedback. Your response will feature below the review on your partner page.
