What results did they achieve?

The Removals Centre started by using just the Essex Postcodes. They soon branched out to Reading and Oxford which proved successful. They tested 10 leads and found that the conversion rate was approximately 2 or 3 in 10 so they branched into new postcodes and had the same successful hit rate there. 

As a result of the increased revenue, which was partly down to the jobs provided by Compare My Move, they continued to grow and were able to buy more removals vehicles and expand their sales team. This gave them the capacity and the availability to take on more removals job and meet the high demands of home movers in the UK.

Their current conversion rate on ‘Compare My Move’ leads is around 40%. The Removals Centre cleverly pipeline customers that are too early in the process for a quote. Keeping in contact with those customers on a weekly basis helps to secure a higher conversion rate. Revenue continues to be very profitable. 

One example of a successful ‘Compare My Move’ lead includes a 5-bed house move from Reading to Edinburgh. Through that job alone, the company were able to secure revenue of around £6,000. An upcoming job, that has come from a ‘Compare My Move’ lead, moving a family from Brighton to Scotland, will be the biggest deal in the company.
