We believe that everybody deserves the chance to have their say when it comes to their moving experience. From the moment that you first speak to one of Compare My Move’s verified movers to the moment they drop off your very last box, there’s a story to be told and we want to hear it.
Each of our removal partners has its own page on our website which features their reviews. These are monitored on a daily basis as we take great pride in working with only the very best removal companies in the country. Good reviews are great but, if any removal company is not performing to the high standards we expect, they will be removed from our network.
Every time a customer uses comparemymove.com to find a home or office removal company, they will receive an email giving them an opportunity to rate the service. The user will have the chance and to add any relevant comments or information that they would like to share with us, the removal company and of course, future users of Compare My Move.
The email will be sent 3 weeks after the moving date you have given and you can fill it in at a time that suits you. There is no time limit. We appreciate that it may be quite some time before you’re fully settled into the new place and leaving reviews will not be high up on your priority list. So, we may send you a gentle reminder further down the line and you are welcome to opt out of these emails at any time.

Compare My Move reserves the right to not publish any feedback that we deem as irrelevant, unhelpful, abusive or non-informative. If we decide that your review cannot be published for any of these reasons, you are welcome to request an explanation by contacting one of our team.
Reviews do not get published immediately as they have to be, well, reviewed. Our team check that the review can be published and once it has been given the green light, it will be published on the removal company’s partner page on the Compare My Move website. The removal company will then be notified that they have received a review and they will be given the chance to respond.
