Conveyancing Partner Verification Process

To ensure our conveyancing network is professional and trusted, we check that every partner meets our stringent verification process.

We currently require all companies to provide evidence of the following:

You Must be Regulated

All of our partners are required to be regulated by the SRA or CLC in England and Wales, the LSS in Scotland, or the LSNI in Northern Ireland. We will cross reference your company on the relevant regulatory website, and you will need to provide a membership number if applicable.

You Must Have a Working Website

To become a partner, you must have a full, working website. This must include full contact details including office address, email address and contact number. The website should explain the conveyancing services you provide, and any customer feedback should be clearly displayed.

You Must Provide Photo Identification

We need photo identification confirm the identity of the person agreeing to our Terms & Conditions. We will accept a copy of a driving licence or passport, though other forms of photo ID may be accepted if necessary.

Please note: We will not connect any companies with the public until all of the above have been checked and verified.

If there are references to any membership bodies in the T&C’s we will check with these bodies for active membership.
