Review:I couldnt have wished for a better solicitor for my move. Sian was always there to answer questions and offer advice, helping me through a tricky buying process. When this fell through due to flat condition just before exchange and I began the process on a new flat, I was only charged a nominal fee and the overall cost was less than most people pay for one purchase. Huge thanks to Sian and her team for being really lovely, responsive and easy to work with.

Review:Highly misleading original quote leaving out many obvious charges that almost doubled their quote that got us interested in the first place. Made many amateur mistakes, spelling errors, even getting names wrong. We had to tell them how to redeem the ISA. Which they didn't fill out a date for pushing our move back by 3 weeks and almost costing us the house.Also had a security breach so our data was leaked and a clone email was sent to us asking to redeem our deposit. Zero compensation was offered for this.

Review:Minimal feedback on how the process was going. BLS didn't chase up Help to Buy - I had to call them personally to progress my application. Missed two deadlines to get my mortgage transfered to my new lender.

Review:A poor service overall. The process for sharing documentation was painful, we found them poor at providing updates. They got the wrong information from our mortgage provider despite being given correct account info by us, meaning we had to clear mortgage ourselves. Then they overcharged us and didnt refund the money after accepting it was their mistake.

Review:Was passed around between different people, led to lack of continuity and so had to chase them up a lot. When I had one named individual to my case they were very good. Final quote ended up over double what was originally quoted without much communication about exactly how much things were going up, just a shock when the final bill was given.

Review:My final bill was 500 more than the quote the communication with the conveyancer was adequate at the beginning , but the additions were not given until the final hour of completion. I feel these are used to bump up a low quote to catch you out
