Director, Graeme Rich, has over 35 years of experience in the industry and can help when you need RICS Level-1, 2 or 3 Home Surveys, Snagging Survey, or Specific Defects Reports.

When setting up the company, Graeme’s vision was to become a “one-stop-shop” for all property matters. The company also offer architectural and project management services. As an independent and local firm, Graeme prides himself on providing a tailored service to all clients.

Graeme first came across our surveying partnership when he noticed our name crop up on a Facebook surveying forum, which he is a member of. Our New Business Team also reached out to him and he signed up this way after chatting with the team.
