Having been admitted as a Fellow of CILEx on 28 August 2012 and as a Conveyancing Practitioner on 20 October 2023, Carol is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to her clients. Whether navigating complex legal issues or negotiating for her clients, Carol consistently delivers results with integrity and diligence. 

Carol's expertise extends to dealing with High-Net-Worth Properties, Listed Buildings, and Properties located in Conservation Areas. She is well-versed in the intricacies of selling and purchasing plots of land, lease extensions, and deeds of variation. Additionally, Carol handles all standard residential transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfer of equity.
