Founder and director of Cambridge Building Surveyors, Mike Ashton has over 20 years’ experience in the property surveying industry. Mike is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a Member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (MCABE) and a Member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (MFPWS).
From starting out as a freelance building surveyor over 20 years ago, Mike has worked as a director of Anglia Building Surveying and the associate director at Gleeds, as well as a building surveyor for Ward Howard, before founding Cambridge Building Surveyors in 2019. Cambridge Building Surveyors are RICS regulated, Consumer Codes Approval Scheme (CTSI) Approved and The Property Ombudsman approved.
