Formerly called the Homebuyers Survey, the Level 2 report is suitable for more modern homes in good condition.
This survey is designed to give an overview of the condition of the property and will highlight defects and ongoing maintenance issues in a traffic light rating system.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
The Level 3 report, previously referred to as a Building Survey, is the most detailed residential report. Recommended for older homes, those in poor condition or properties with extensive work competed on them, this survey will highlight age-related defects and ongoing maintenance issues.
Your report, upon request, can provide recommendations on repair and the associated cost of the repairs listed.
