Party Wall
We pride ourselves on our excellent party wall surveyors helping owners and neighbours throughout the East Midlands region deal with Party Wall matters and disputes. Our Director is a member of the FPWS (Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors), meaning that he can be trusted to follow regulations and provide a fair and detailed report.
We deal with various Party Wall issues such as those planning to build on or over a boundary position that is not currently built upon, undertaking works to a shared wall, and excavating ground within six metres of an adjoining structure or property.
