From the initial inquiry until the very end the communication from DBISS was excellent; quick responses and same day phone calls. The report we received was very detailed with lots pictures. I appreciated the phone call straight after the survey had been carried out advising or any information which specifically needed highlighting and the quick turnaround on receiving the document. RICS Home Survey Level 2
If you’re purchasing a new home, a RICS Home Survey Level 2 is the best option to consider. This was previously called the Home-Buyer Report. This report will provide you with a detailed report of the property and its condition.
If there are any issues with the property, this will be flagged in the report for you to consider. This will help to provide you with a better understanding of the property and whether the valuation reflects the property as a whole.
This intermediate survey is completed by our experienced surveyors quickly, and our team is dedicated to providing you with the best possible service.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
If you’ve purchased an older home, it’s better to conduct a RICS Home Survey Level 3 instead of a Level 2. This survey is far more detailed, which is needed for an older property. Our surveyors will be able to talk you through this process in detail.
We are on hand to support you with the findings, and explain what is found in detail. Surveying is an important part of the house-buying process, and it helps to ensure everything with your chosen property is as it should be.
