RICS Home Survey Level 2
Our RICS Home Survey Level 2 is ideal for homes built less than 80 years old using common materials. Formerly the HomeBuyer Report, the Level 2 survey will provide a detailed look at the property’s condition to reveal any damage.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
Formerly known as the Building Survey, our RICS Home Survey Level 3 is suited for older properties built with unique materials. It will offer the most in-depth examination of the property’s structure and condition to reveal any hidden defects.
