I would highly recommend this company. They were fast, efficient and the report was very thorough. Also they were the most cost effective.
RICS Home Survey Level 2
This level of survey, formally known as a Homebuyer Survey, is recommended for conventional properties in good condition and built within the last 50 years. The report will give an overview of the property and highlight any obvious concerns, potential problems or work required.
Our RICS registered surveyor will conduct a visual inspection of the property, giving you an overview of the home and highlighting any significant problems using a traffic light system. Your report can give you a clear idea of what may affect your purchase and allow you to make an educated decision before committing to the transaction.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
Previously known as a Building Survey, this level of property survey is highly recommended if the property you are looking to buy is older, in poor condition, in any way unusual or if a large amount of work has been undertaken to alter it.
Our RICS qualified surveyors will give you a detailed picture of the property's condition, reviewing factors such as the building materials used, its construction and any concerns or problems which may impact the sale or cause issues further down the line.
Whether you’re looking for a valuation of your home before you sell, to settle your Help to Buy, for Capital Gains, Inheritance Tax or for any other reason, our RICS registered valuers can provide you with an accurate valuation, recognised by all industry bodies.
