JPMA carried out a valuation survey. When first communicating with James, he was very responsive and reassuring as to which survey would be best suited for what we needed. James would always reply promptly to emails. James was flexible and carried out the survey and then provided the report promptly. We were kept in the loop and continuously updated. We are very happy with the service that JPMA has provided for us. Thanks.
RICS Home Survey Level 2
Suited to homes in good condition and built within the last 50 years, the RICS Home Survey Level 2 is the most popular survey type. Previously called a Homebuyers Survey, it will give an overview of the condition of the home. It can also highlight any concerns or defects within the home, allowing you to prepare before the purchase is complete.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
The RICS Home Survey Level 3 is a more thorough survey, recommended for older homes, those in poor condition or unusual in any way. Your report will include pictures of the home and grounds, highlighting any areas of concern. It will also look at the building materials used, age of the property and condition of the fixtures and fittings.
Valuation
Our team can provide RICS valuations for a range of purposes including for mortgages, Help to Buy, Shared Ownership and Probate. You can count on us for unbiased valuations, taking into account the local property market among other factors.
Party Wall
Whether you are looking to have work completed on a party wall, or are the neighbour of someone who is, we can assist. We work according to The Party Wall etc Act 1996, striving to resolve disputes between homeowners. We can assess the area in question and come to an agreement that works for all parties.
