We're based in North London and specialise in property surveys across Central, North and North West London. We offer both the RICS Homebuyer Report (Level 2 Survey) and RICS Building Surveys (Level 3 Survey), in addition to valuation services. The survey is suitable for all property types, though is particularly important for unconventional buildings, older properties, listed buildings, or homes that need renovation (or have been extensively renovated).
The detailed report will provide full information on all accessible areas of the building, including the condition, any defects, and a full breakdown of future maintenance or repairs. If the building is listed or you have particular concerns about defects, your RICS surveyor will provide expert advice on any specific maintenance or repair requirements.
