RICS Homebuyer Report
We offer the home buyers survey with a quick turnaround to ensure there is no delay when buying your dream house. Purchasing a house is a huge financial investment, and the RICS Homebuyer Report is the best tool for a prospective homeowner. Presented in a standardised format, the report is easy to read and grades the condition of every accessible area of the property in a clear 'traffic light' system.
The report will highlight any defects that may affect the value of the home, and include expert opinion on the home's market value. This makes the Homebuyer report a vital tool in assessing whether the house price you are paying is fair. This survey is best suited to modern buildings with no obvious defects, as any unconventional or older buildings will be better suited to the in-depth Building Survey.
Our structural survey is the most comprehensive survey available for your home, and can be tailored to your specific needs or unique property requirements. The survey is suitable for all property types, though is particularly important for unconventional buildings, older properties, listed buildings, or homes that need renovation (or have been extensively renovated).
The detailed report will provide full information on all accessible areas of the building, including the condition, any defects, and a full breakdown of future maintenance or repairs. If the building is listed or you have particular concerns about defects, your RICS surveyor will provide expert advice on any specific maintenance or repair requirements.
