Review:Seemed very good at first but they didn't inspect the garage, said it didn't have one even though I told them on the phone and that same guy did the survey. Also got the date of construction wrong by a decade. Called the large, grassed and planted front garden a "courtyard area"?!! I'm baffled to be honest. The evidence of "rodent activity in the loft" was not provided. Had to contact twice to get the actual report, 5 days after it was done, and then needed a professional coder to help me actually open the weird file it was saved as. Maybe spend a bit more on a more professional outfit, reckon this guy is a sole trader pretending to be a whole company. Fine if you want a survey completed but aren't worried if any of the information is actually accurate!!

Hi Theresa,I’m sorry that you feel that you received a bad service from us.All items were inspected exactly as they should’ve been as per the details we received from you and the agent.In regards to receiving the report it was sent out immediately as we normally do. I do find it odd that you couldn’t have opened the link as every other client we’ve ever had has never had an issue.I note that you did not take up our offer of discussing the report with you after the survey, which would have been the time we could’ve addressed any of your concerns .We are always open to communicating with clients in any form and would have appreciated the chance to discuss your response directly.
RICS Home Survey Level 2
