The Level 3 Building Survey is the most informative survey available. This survey aims to establish how the property is built by discussing the materials used in construction and how they will perform in the future. It will also delve into visible defects and discuss potential problems that are posed by hidden defects.
Our survey will also outline any repair options and give you a repair timeline, explaining the consequences of not acting. The Building Survey will also provide an estimate of costs for identified repairs and we will also provide specific comments on energy efficiency.
Level 2 HomeBuyer Report
The Level 2 HomeBuyer Report will describe the construction and condition of the property on the date of the inspection. The report will identify any problems and defects that need urgent attention and will also inform you of any issues that may be dangerous. Any potential issues and defects will be flagged before the transaction takes place, so you can make a well-informed decision.
Our survey will help you to decide whether you need any extra advice before preceding with the purchase. It will also enable you to budget for any restoration or repairs and will advise you on the amount of ongoing maintenance that will be required in the future.
Valuation
We offer an array of different valuation services depending on your needs and requirements. We are regulated by RICS as a Registered Valuer. This means that we are licensed to offer the following valuation types: RICS Red Book Valuation, Probate/Inheritance Tax Valuation, Residential Rental Valuation, Help to Buy Valuation, Affordable Sale or Rent Valuation, and Planning Financial Visibility Valuation.
The valuation is the most basic type of survey and will see our licensed surveyor inspect the property and surrounding area to determine an accurate valuation.
