We recognise the value of communication, which is why we offer a pre-survey call or meeting in person to explain the process and gain further information from the client. We will then do the same after the survey has been completed to explain our findings, followed by the comprehensive report that is given within 1-2 days.

RICS Level 2 Home Survey (HomeBuyers Report)
The RICS Level 2 Home Survey, also known as the HomeBuyers Report, is the most popular survey requested. It is suitable for all property types, especially newer properties and homes with standard construction. This is an intermediate inspection that includes a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of the property.
Your surveyor will describe the condition of specific elements within the property and identify any potential risks and issues. The report is easy-to-follow and will highlight any urgent defects. The inspection and report are both detailed, however, they are less comprehensive and briefer than a Building Survey.
