SDBF Building Consultancy Ltd is a firm of RICS registered Chartered Surveyors based in the south of England. We are an independent, multi-disciplinary practice, offering a wide range of professional property surveys.
We serve customers across Bath, Bristol, Swindon, Taunton, Salisbury, Dorchester, Bournemouth and the surrounding areas. Our surveyors can conduct RICS Home Survey Level 2, Level 3 and Valuations.
We are a subsidiary of the Diocese of Salisbury, with all our profits gifted back to the Diocese to help fund the work it carries out throughout the local community.

Formerly known as a homebuyer report, this level of survey provides an overview of the property. It is suited for homes in good condition. Your report will include details of any visible concerns and work which may be required
RICS Home Survey Level 3
Suitable for larger, unusual or older homes or properties which are not in good condition, the Level 3 survey provides a more in-depth look at the property in question.
Your survey report will include advice on any defects and problems uncovered by the surveyor, in addition to any cost implications of remedial works.
