Review:I got a full structural survey done and I really appreciate the details in the report. Drone photos are a good add on which are included in survey. The post survey call helped a lot to clarify questions and get clear opinion on the property.

RICS Home Survey Level 2
We can provide a Level 2 survey, formerly known as a HomeBuyer Report. It will offer a comprehensive check of the property you own or the property you wish to purchase. We will present our findings in an easy to read report which will help you identify any building defects and raise your awareness of any issues that there may be with the property.
RICS Home Survey Level 3
At Surveying People, we can also provide a Level 3 survey, formerly known as a Building Survey. The survey is a structural survey and is most suited for older properties. It is the most detailed survey that you can have when buying a house and results in a much more thorough report.
