You will need our Level 3 Building Survey if the house you’re buying is an old property that has renovation work carried out. Our building survey is the most comprehensive survey we offer, giving a detailed examination of the structure and condition of the house you plan to buy.

Level 2 HomeBuyers Report
The Level 2 HomeBuyers Report is the most common type of survey and is best-suited for properties under 50 years old that also have standard construction. While not as comprehensive as the Level 3 Building Survey, the HomeBuyers Report provides a general inspection of the property, highlighting any defects in the property. The surveyor will look out for significant defects that can badly affect the value of the property.
The HomeBuyers Report is a cheaper option than the Building Survey and our report is easy-to-read, ensuring that you can clearly see what areas need focusing on in the property.
