If you’re buying a property that is fairly modern and in good condition, then you’ll need our homebuyers survey. Our homebuyers survey will highlight any damage within the property such as damp or subsidence.
The survey report will give a condition rating of the property to determine if you should go ahead with the purchase. The homebuyer survey will allow you to learn of any repairs needed in the house which will help to negotiate an offer.
Building Survey
We are proud to provide a building survey to those buying an older property that’s had building work carried out. The building survey is our most in-depth survey and will highlight any damage to the property’s structure and condition, giving a specific and overall rating.
Valuation Report
We can also provide you with my professional opinion on the value of your property and prepare rebuilding cost assessment for insurance purposes. The valuation report will provide an accurate and impartial valuation of the property you plan to buy.
