Review:The only good thing I can say was that they were prompt in response. The rest was awful. Sadly we had to do most of the legwork in making sure all necessary details were checked with regard to any documents. If we hadn't picked up the issues, their errors would not have provided adequate legal and financial protection and potentially could have cost us hundreds of thousands of pounds. Getting straight answers out of them was like getting blood out of a stone. They made the whole process much more chaotic and stressful for us than it needed to be, especially on exchange day and again on completion day. In our opinion, they did not do their jobs properly, and made a plethora of mistakes through the duration of the purchase. The service was humanless, and don't even bother with the app - because they don't. We would not recommend them under any circumstances.

It’s important to instruct a conveyancer to begin your conveyancing case when your offer has been accepted, although it’s recommended to get in touch with us during your house search so we can get everything together on our behalf.
Once your offer has been accepted, we will enquire about the necessary local authority, drainage and environmental searches around the property. We will also exchange the contracts with the seller’s conveyancer and sort out a date for completion.
We will update you at every important stage via email, making it easy to keep up to date with the progress of your case.
Sale
When you’re selling your house, you will need GD Property Solicitors to take care of the legal side of things for you. We will get together the necessary legal documents and start to put together the draft contract including the fittings and fixtures form.
As your conveyancer for selling your house, we will exchange contracts on your behalf and sort out a date to complete. You will receive the final funds from the sale of your property on completion day and the buyer will become the official owner.
