Sale
We can also offer our expert legal knowledge when it comes to selling your house. We will begin by requesting the title deeds, proving you are the owner of the property and legally allowed to sell it. Next, you will sign the fittings and fixture form to be sent over to the buyer’s conveyancer.
We will agree on a completion date on your behalf with the buyer’s conveyancer and start to arrange to exchange contracts once this has been agreed on. On completion day, the ownership will change from you to the buyer and you will receive the final funds from the sale.
