Once an offer is accepted, we will start by providing you with a breakdown of fees and costs and setting everything clear. We will then continue to contact the seller’s conveyancer to receive the details of the contract. We will raise concerns and queries with the seller’s conveyancer and sort this out before anything else happens.  

As your conveyancer, we will carry out necessary searches and arrange for the payment of fees such as the deposit to be paid. Completion date will be arranged soon after. We will remain in contact with you throughout the process, updating you when necessary.

Sale

As your conveyancer when selling your property, we will help and advise you throughout the whole process. We will start by breaking down the required fees and then carry out identity checks and create fittings and contents forms to be completed.

We will then get access to the official land registry copies and prepare a draft contract to be sent to the buyer’s conveyancer. We’ll answer any queries the buyer’s conveyancer may have and keep you updated throughout the process.

Once everything has been checked and signed including the transfer deed, we will transfer the sale money to you on day of completion.
