Excellent service was provided from DBM each step of the way, from the initial video walkthrough, in order to provide the quote, to the professional team on the day. They arrived early and were all well dressed in their sweatshirt uniform, with clean lorries and organised from the start. As we had packed almost all items, for those large items that remained, they wrapped/packed them with care attention. Everything was transported efficiently and unpacked with the same diligence as packed. The team were so helpful and located the items in rooms requested. Highly recommended and would use again. A+

DBM Express performed an excellent service. We were sent reminders before the day we moved, the movers were professional, friendly and supportive; we found out during the move that we needed to upgrade our service and this was done without any friction. After we moved, they stayed until late to ensure all our items were unpacked and where we wanted them to be. We were very impressed by this service.

The whole process with DBM, from quote to moving day was easy. I found the quote to be competitive and was able to arrange the moving date required on the day the movers were excellent, quick and very friendly. I have already recommended DBM to a work colleague.
