The staff were generally helpful and professional. Three employees attended and were careful when moving the furniture and the moving bags we purchased. They arrived before 9am and had us moved in by the afternoon. I have recommended their services to other people I know that will be moving in the near future. One minor issue was they didn't connect the cable after putting together the electric sofa. I had a job connecting it back myself.

They were the worst! When they arrived they disappeared for half a hour and were speaking to a man on the phone in a different language.. They blackmailed me after putting all my belongings in their van. They then said If I didn’t pay them more money they would then take all my belongings. I had a contract that said no hidden fees or extra charges! They damaged paint work! They broke both the beds! They didn’t put labeled boxes in the correct rooms. They only did 1/3 of the actual job. We had to pay another company to come and do it and fix their work. They are now ignoring me! I’m asking for money back as they did not complete the job. They threatened and blackmailed me. They kept adding more money on. They didn’t do what was asked. The boys they sent were small and not equipped to do the job. They kept complaining even though I help them and easily done 1/3 of the lifting and shifting. If you don’t want to be scammed do not use these people. I’m a women and it was literally me with two men outside my new house and they were like send more money now or it will kick off. It’s been recorded on the neighbours cctv. Police & court matter now. Total scumbags!

The service was great - confirmation before hand and communication was good. Movers turned up on time on the day and were efficient.

The service provided by Move For You Removals was excellent. At fairly short notice they provided me with a clear quote and confirmation for my house move from London to Derbyshire, including overnight storage of my furniture. Jenny answered all questions promptly and customer care was excellent. The removal men turned up on time and kept in communication. They worked very, very hard and were respectful at all times. Soufian in particular was very professional. I was very happy with the service provided by Move For You Removals and would definitely recommend them, particularly for anyone moving a long distance in UK.
