On the day of the removal the two gentlemen arrived promptly at 9am as planned and were very friendly and polite. They worked very quickly in a very organised manner while at the same time taking good care of our furniture and our home throughout the whole process. If I need a removal company in the future I will definitely be using them again."

"Via did a fantastic job for me. I can't recommend them highly enough. Legal difficulties meant that I couldn't book a mover until the day before and it was not only a regularly full four-bedroom house, but also a garage and loft conversion containing 1000s of heavy old 78rpm records (140 boxes), which we didn't know till late in the day that the team would also have to move those after being let down by the friend who was going to help with this more special job. They were absolutely fantastic, and, as if these circumstances weren't bad enough, they also had to deal with the new owners being completely unreasonable and vile to them and even throwing them out of the house at one point, but they were totally professional down to the last man. I can't thank them enough. I'm sorry its taken a month for me to be able to get this review written, but I couldn't do it from my phone for some reason and I've only just got the laptop set-up with the internet in the new house. I wish Via all the very best for business in the future and I similarly wish all the very best to each and every one of those wonderful lads who were fabulous under those awful circumstances. "Went for Dolphin as they offered to pack and deliver over 2 days which certainly took the stress out of moving day.Lads were friendly, though there were some breakages which we werent able to claim back due to them asking us to sign a waiver after theyd finished unloading.If you use them then ask to see this in the first place as youre supposed to check if things are damaged as theyre being loaded and unloaded."

"NRS gave me a competitive price and even though two days before the move they asked me to send the paperwork we already have sent to them a month ago (I guess they didn't recorded that they've already received it) I'm more than happy for their services. They came right on time to my old house in Yorkshire and in 2h packed the whole 3 bedroom house, they were very efficient and swift while doing it. The next day at agreed time they arrived at our new place in Haute de France despite being Sunday they worked hard and only had one quick cigarette break during the 5h unpacking process. Both men who delivered our staff were hard working and polite. "
