"Via did a fantastic job for me. I can't recommend them highly enough. Legal difficulties meant that I couldn't book a mover until the day before and it was not only a regularly full four-bedroom house, but also a garage and loft conversion containing 1000s of heavy old 78rpm records (140 boxes), which we didn't know till late in the day that the team would also have to move those after being let down by the friend who was going to help with this more special job. They were absolutely fantastic, and, as if these circumstances weren't bad enough, they also had to deal with the new owners being completely unreasonable and vile to them and even throwing them out of the house at one point, but they were totally professional down to the last man. I can't thank them enough. I'm sorry its taken a month for me to be able to get this review written, but I couldn't do it from my phone for some reason and I've only just got the laptop set-up with the internet in the new house. I wish Via all the very best for business in the future and I similarly wish all the very best to each and every one of those wonderful lads who were fabulous under those awful circumstances. "We had some difficulties on the day owing to van availability so we needed to do multiple trips between Didsbury and Holmfirth, but our two movers powered through and made sure we were out on time, and into our new property without any fuss - they were lovely, were careful with our stuff and put in a tonne of graft all day. "Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dolphin Removals. At fairly short notice they did a remote evaluation of our furniture etc and gave a very competitive quote. We were the top of a chain of seven houses and our solicitor had said it maybe early afternoon before we could have access to our new home so I took out their late key insurance to cover any delay. On the actual day of the move there was a delay at the bottom of the chain so we didn't get the keys until 5:20pm. The removal team were brilliant. They were patient and when we finally got access they worked incredibly hard to get our belongings into the new house. They didn't leave until gone 7pm but they were still polite, patient and smiling despite having then to drive from Shropshire to Liverpool.Thanks very much guys and well done.
