Review:There was a large piece of furniture that I requested to be disposed of. On the day of moving, they left it by the side of my house and gone. I have phoned them up the day after and I am currently waiting to see how they will respond.

Review:A number of items were damaged including an expensive B&O TV and despite being assured that all operatives were full time employees on the 2nd day of the 2 day removal one of the operatives was part time and in our experience was slapdash in his approach and the damage only occurred on the 2nd day!

Review:Frankly I was very disappointed with their service.
They chipped my chest drawers and dropped it as they were loading it in the van as they didn't tape the drawers, and they broke off my side railing for the stairs while carrying furniture.

Review:The removal men were very accommodating and helpful, but the estimator must have originally underestimated our move and on the second day, the office and manager told the two poor men to just do what they could and leave anything that wouldn’t fit in the van. Luckily I hadn’t paid them in advance and refused to do so until they actually took everything that we’d been quoted for. We couldn’t leave the house with a garage full of items because we were completing the sale the following morning!
