Excellent service, Paul and his team are very professional! They made our moving day stress-free! Paul was always very fast responding to our emails and questions. Paul and his team where brilliant.

After a few phone calls beforehand to sort out the details they showed up when they said they would and proceeded to pack up and move all of out stuff, including dismantling some furniture to fit it into the van. At the other end they put all the boxes where we asked and even swapped two rooms over after we changed our minds halfway through the unloading. Throughout the entire process they were all polite and cheerful. The packing was great and nothing has damaged. They were also happy to share local knowledge of Burntisland. 316 removals were brilliant from the start, me and my family had to move last minute and as you can imagine this was very stressful. From the word go this company helped us giving us guidance and advice on the best way to use their service and providing a quote that was cheaper than many other companies. Whata??s should of been a 5 hour job was achieved in 2 due to the hard grafting nature of there team! Are new property was at the top of 3 flights of stares but no breaks were taken no wining or moaning just solid hard work with a team ethic. When we next move we will be in contact with this company.
