    The 2 men could not have been nicer or more helpful nothing was too much trouble, the only downside was the van was not quiet big enough so we had to do two trips, it was only around the corner but at the end everything was a little rushed.

    Excellent Service.
    Used these for a move from outside Brighton to Liverpool and cannot recommend more highly. The three lads arrived on time and were extremely polite and asked lots of questions re what was being moved.
    Upon arrival they then seamlessly unloaded everything and ensured it was all placed in the correct rooms and ready assembled where necessary.
    Would definitely use again.

    I was chased by this removal company to choose them! Having chosen them I was sceptical that they would manage the job.
    However, I was absolutely delighted that the two guys who did the job did it in an incredibly efficient manner and were constantly polite and courteous.

    Great service. A little error early on with the booking was very quickly sorted. On the day the guys were quite splendid and wouldn't even let me help, real power houses.
    If I had one improvement to make it would be a method of payment being set up prior to the day as being presented with a photo of a credit card to pay to is a little disconcerting.

    An excellent service.
    Two men turned up in a 2.5 t van, as arranged.
    They dismantled beds and wardrobes, pack the van with dozens of boxes and took it to the new house. The van was unloaded, the beds and wardrobes re-assembled and the boxes placed in the rooms indicated.
    We returned to my old house and loaded the van again.
    The entire job took 8 hours. I was very pleased.

    When the removal team turned up, I was already stressed, but they were amazing! So polite, friendly and hard working, I really couldn't believe how quickly they moved everything and we had a LOT of stuff to move. They were also really good despite our move being complicated as we were moving out of our parents' homes in multiple locations, with stuff stored in garages, attics, several rooms across the houses, but they did it all with a smile. I am so glad we chose them and I highly recommend them for anyone wanting a stress and hassle free move.

    My partner and I were amazed at the professionalism and sheer hard work the guys put into our move! It was a little walk from the truck / van to the flat we moved into and they didn't huff or complain once!

    They dismantled and rebuilt all the furniture where we wanted it, all our property arrived in exactly the same condition as when loaded and the service was prompt and on time.

    Can't reccommend these guys enough, truly excellent service!

    No home survey was done so not all effects would fit wanted £600 for extra trip.

    I used my own car instead. Movers where excellent just the sales guy was unreasonable.

On the day we discover more stuff, that's why we offer you second vehicle. £600 was offered because your move wasn't local it was from Reading to Nottingham about 3h to drive with removal vehicle and it's last minute extra man and vehicle call out!We are happy to hear that Movers where excellent!Thank you for your feedback and all the best in your new home!

    Expensive but most others were not available on this date.
    The 2 guys were great! I really mean it! Really on it in terms of getting it done as quickly as possible and also really friendly. Both worked really hard as well.
    Unfortunately made a hole in a wall whilst moving my sofa as we were having trouble dismantling at first.

    Quote created over the phone, make sure that you run through everything as the Vans provided were not large enough so we had to make 10 runs in the car. making the day more stressful than it needed to be. Also check what assemble and reassemble means, I ended up doing a lot myself. Guys very hard working and did a fair job.

    Great manager, didn't come to view to quote, all done over phone. Was told a big truck would do the move but two vans turn up. We ended up having to hire two vans to move the rest the removal vans couldn't take. Manager did give £150 off but that didn't cover what we had spent out.

    The day was very stressful as I got a quote for a small two bed flat with no appliances or bedroom furniture to move. It was inline with other quotes. A list of items was provided but not in full detail and I have never had to do this with any previous move or company. On the day they half loaded my belongings and then refused to do the rest until I spoke to the office who didn't come back to me straight away so I was very stressed. They actually hadn't even loaded everything that was listed. Then charged me extra. I have never had this with any other removals before. They also said they don't wait and I explained its a normal move where we need to wait for the completion of the sale around lunch time and they proceeded to try and charge me per £50/hour. In the end i did pay more than the quote because I just wanted it sorted but it was more the stress of the situation that was a problem to me. Being a single woman moving on her own it was unnecessary stress. They should have priced the job properly to start with and come to the property and worked out what was being moved.

    Hello Danielle,Thank you for your feedback.Prior to your removal we had gone through a detailed online inventory which had calculated to a total of 536 cubic feet.We understand that sometimes customers inventory’s may not be 100% accurate and in most cases we will always provide a bigger vehicle capacity than what had been discussed.Following your booking we had also sent you our terms and conditions as well as a breakdown of the list of furniture we had been contracted to move.The vehicle capacity sent for your removal was 850 cubic feet, nearly 1/3 more than what you had been charged for. However when we had loaded your furniture the vehicle was full to capacity.At no point after booking your removal did you mention there may possibly be additional items.In the removal quote and in the booking confirmation it clearly states that if we our waiting for more than 2 hours before accessing the new property there will be a charge of £50 per hour.We waiting close to 4 hours before getting access into your new home.We did not charge you for the additional items we moved on the removal day but we thought it was only fair to charge £50 extra for the additional 2 hours we had waited on the day.We wish you all the best in your new home!Best Regards

    Was running late. Promised 2 vans at 9am 2nd van did not turn up till 5. Staff did not speak fluent english was hard to explain and understand. I ended up packing half the house before and while they were there. Over priced would of been easier to hire a van myself.

We appreciate the second vehicle had turned up later than expected due to unforeseen circumstances, but we did our best and provided a larger team to compensate and to ensure we completed your removal within the given time frame. As well as not charging you for the additional items you needed moving.For health and safety reasons we will not tolerate any form of abuse towards our members of staff especially when the office had been communicating with you throughout the day to keep you informed.The fact that you have called two of the three removal men “kids” demonstrates the type of hostile environment our team had to work in.Kind regards

To become a verified partner of Compare My Move, you need the relevant and necessary insurance documents which they check and approve. There are steps any customer will need to follow before a claim is put forward.We were willing to help you. Like we are with all our customers. We sent an 850 cubic feet Luton van, instead of a 750 cubic feet Luton van. So more space at no extra cost to you.We wish you all the best and thanks for letting us help you move.

    Turned up late, all the guys were pleasant enough but English was not their first language, we asked them not to take some bags and they took them anyway (despite leaving them in the downstairs loo with the door closed). We then trusted them to take our belongings and store them for a week. This was a mistake. On their return (when they eventually turned up) only one of the crew was the same as the removal. They then tried to deliver items that weren't ours back to us, damaged our walls on carrying items back upstairs and put heavy item,s back in the wrong places and myself and my husband then had to try and move once they had left. Our items that were missing were lost and after trying to claim back for the items they told us we were lying and the items had never been there in the first place (it was a set of ladders and a bicycle stand - hardly items you would lie about) the claims procedure was laboured but eventually had our money for walls to be repaired and our replacement items once we had threatened legal advice. I would not recommend them to anyone

Do bear in mind we didn't charge for the storage.The men apologized for the damaged caused. Our claims team attended to your needs right away. We requested pictures from yourself, which came back to us a week or so later. Regarding the missing items, the loft ladder and bike stand, we still don't know how and why they went missing. The men doubled checked the storage unit where we held your items and we couldn't find them. We still bought you the replacement items as requested. This was against our customer service and claims teams policy because you could not provide proof of purchase. We did it out of good will.We believe our service and price deserve more than a 1 star. Because you got 2 x 3 bedroom house removal and 7 days free storage for £1250 Inc vat and no hidden or extra charges. We believe the issues were resolved in a timely manner, both items replaced almost instantly. And money sent to you to help cover the cost of repairs to the 3 or 4 marks caused by our team. We requested 3 quotes from you for repairs and again we had your response in 2 - 3 weeks. No legal action was needed or taken here, just a few friendly emails back and forth.
