Absolutely fantastic. I've moved house lots of times and there always seems to be some issue in the past... either the vans late, the workers are shoddy,something goes missing or they drag out the time to go over another hour...not All Moves UK! Fast, friendly service. Very professional and a great pair of chaps helped us move. Polite, respectful and nothing was too much for them to do. We felt happy, at ease and looked after. Excellent service provided by both Leanne in the office and Sean and Tony on moving day. Had a FaceTime consultation to see how much there was to move and lads worked like troopers on moving day to get everything done in less than 2 hours. They worked really hard on the day but are inadequately insured. They smashed loads of our stuff up and refused to pay for it by trying every trick in the book to excuse themselves of any responsibility, even though bailment law in the UK means they are at fault. Read more

From the initial visit to price up the move, to the team and their care and professionalism, I would say that All Moves was the best experience I've had. Having moved way too many times in the last ten years for my job, with a family in tow, that says something.They only had a week's notice and nailed it. These are the sort of people you don't just trust with your precious stuff, but you'd like to go out for a drink with them afterwards.What was good? Well, they turned up when they said they would, the guvnor of the team was confident and well organised, nothing was damaged or lost, they were thorough and careful, they actually unpacked half the stuff a day early to make sure I'd have a mattress to sleep on, they were clearly interested in making sure the job was done right.10/10 would use them again without hesitation. Very professional came early carefully and quickly packed everything and unloaded to relevant rooms at the new house. Nothing damaged at all very friendly and helpful would use again.

Said that I could return the boxes flat packed to their store for a refund of A?2.00 per box. When we telephoned them to get address so we could return them we were told that their warehouse was no longer there and we would have to pay A?12.00 for them to collect. When we remonstrated they put the phone down on us. We had to phone up a second time to another number and was told that the representative was in the area the next day and would arrange for collection. We did this and mentioned what had happened and all he said was it had nothing to do with him. Very disappointed and we would not recommend them to anyone.. I feel that I was conned. Read more

Fantastic move! The guys were patient, funny, hardworking and above all very accommodating. Moving a family of 5 including a 5 months old baby. Really helpful and accomadating. Professional, efficient and friendly. Gave advice throughout the day as requested. Made the process painless (well as far as it can be). Happily use again.

They were efficient. Although they had to go to a second floor with no lift and carrying some heavy boxes of books apart from the furniture, they were always polite and nicely chatty.

Was not happy when they turned up way to early as was not able to gain admittance to the property till 9.30 so nothing was disconnected.
They sent to small a van so had to leave a lot of my property behind as we could not get any more in cars.
