Review:Said that I could return the boxes flat packed to their store for a refund of A?2.00 per box. When we telephoned them to get address so we could return them we were told that their warehouse was no longer there and we would have to pay A?12.00 for them to collect. When we remonstrated they put the phone down on us. We had to phone up a second time to another number and was told that the representative was in the area the next day and would arrange for collection. We did this and mentioned what had happened and all he said was it had nothing to do with him. Very disappointed and we would not recommend them to anyone.. I feel that I was conned.

Dear Howard, thank you for your feed back, we never say you can return boxes yourself as our warehouse is not manned, we are the only company that offer a buy back in the area on boxes, and to be honest to swear down the phone to a female member of staff and then to call her a nun because she refused to talk to you till the swearing stopped was very unprofessional, your welcome to listen to the recordings if you wish, i was on your move everything went to plan we went over and beyond and no damage plus lent you close rails, i do feel this is very petty review.Nottingham

Review:They were efficient. Although they had to go to a second floor with no lift and carrying some heavy boxes of books apart from the furniture, they were always polite and nicely chatty.

Review:Was not happy when they turned up way to early as was not able to gain admittance to the property till 9.30 so nothing was disconnected.
They sent to small a van so had to leave a lot of my property behind as we could not get any more in cars.
Make sure you give them a detailed list of what you are taking in writing as because I did it verbally half of what I wanted to take was not on the list the driver hadResponse:
Thank you for your review, we are going to get negative reviews as move thousands of customers a year and we are only human, but to answer some of the above, all quotes are based on info you give us without a visit which we prefer, the system we use is fail safe and there is no way we can miss items off, plus return the inventory for you to view there was no set time of arrival and on booking we always say we arrive between 8/9 am. A special thank you to the lads who dismantled and put my daughters Ikea loft bed back together again. Great value for money, half the price of other quotes I got.
