My son also worked hard alongside them and two more of us also chipped in to help which meant that instead of the three hours we paid for we only used an hour and a half of the allocated time.I would say that the company offered excellent value compared with other companies and the size of the van was just what we needed, where a few other companies would not take on such a relatively small job. These guys were amazing with communication and hard work on the day, unfortunately due to all the stuff we had, the quote given, trebled but they worked so hard for nine hours and we couldn't have done it without them so yes it all went well and I'd definitely recommend them but cut down on stuff lol Read more

A very friendly team, hard working, nothing too much trouble and very respectful towards myself and my belongings. Had to negotiate a few tight spots for furniture and protected it so the material didn't tear, asked where I wanted things rather than 'dumping' for me to arrange. Asked if they could help by setting up the TV. Really very grateful to them. And despite being alone with 3 men, I felt safe. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again. Read more

ProsWas called immediately by Tom, who was courteous,Vans turned up at time agreed.The guy's were very careful with our belongings, and were great!Neutral The quote was much the same others. Some cheaper but not as 'good' quotes.ConsThe quote was for 4 guys & 3 Luton's for 8 hours, Tom did not have 3 vans available, but offered to send 2 'low loaders' & 4 guys & if it didn't all fit he would send a third. It did all fit, but the tetris'ing took time.We set off at around 9:15 on the usually 5 hour drive.We hit no traffic on route, & with two young kids in the car we stopped four times for 5-15 minutes.We collected the keys from the estate agent on route & arrived home at roughly 3.One van arrived around 4, we were told on route, one van broke down, & at the rest stop, they had also been hit by a lorry.They planned to go back & get the items, "this would take an hour", they set off around 5pm.I contact Tom at 6:50 to ask where they are as our mattresses (& epilepsy meds) were in the van & it was the kids bed time.When they arrived i was told i was being charged 300 more (later reduced to 225) as it was over 8 hrs.For the price paid, i expected less stress/hassle.
