Yes. The staff are friendly, courteous, respectful of your belongings, hard working, efficient and patient. We had a 4 hour wait from moving from our old house to the new one due to the bottom of the chain. They brought in another 2 staff to help get it done. Read more

Removers arrived an hour early, which upset our plans to some degree. Guys were very accommodating and pleasant. Good overall.

Baxters originally came in as very professional and organised.
We arranged for a Saturday move.
However they changed the arrangements by turning up on the the Thursday to dismantle wardrobes and then on Friday to pack everything.
This was very frustrating as we weren't ready.
The removal men themselves were very polite and helpful.
I would use them again although I would be very clear from the start about what was involved as last minute changes are not acceptable. Read more

I can honestly say that Baxter's removals was the best thing about moving day. On time, early in fact. Three gentlemen who moved everything within 2 hours taking care with every step. Met us at our new house. Were happy to move anything we weren't sure about. Wouldn't let us move anything. They were brilliant. Would recommend to anyone. Read more

I cana??t rate Baxters highly enough. I had to change my moving date and they were extremely flexible and accommodating. It was a move of over 300 miles and they were organised and efficient, picking up my belongings and delivering them safely to me at my new address on the same day despite the distance and 5 hour journey.

Great removal men on the day. Professional, hard working and patient. A good team and I can't fault them. Disappointed on the day that despite someone else coming to see my possessions before the move and reassuring me there would be enough van space, there wasn't and this caused problems on the day with the chain as they didn't send big enough vans. Promised removal men, supplied demolition men.
Turned up without tools to a job requiring disassembly of furniture, suggested knocking on neighbours doors for tools! Luckily I had a toolbox, not that it made much of a difference in the end.
Caused damage to the house I left catching wallpaper and worst putting deep scratches in laminate flooring dragging a fridge. Said a flatpack IKEA wardrobe as 'impossible' to disassemble, and that reassembly would take to long and as I wasn't sick or old I should do it!
Refused to remove some items that were contained in the quoted work.
Aside from picking stuff up and putting it down again they lacked any skills in regards to be effective removal.
If they picked up a brush they'd probably call themselves painters.
They destroyed two wardrobes and the kids bunk beds through the disassembly method of pulling it apart, then saying how it was complicated and they wouldn't be able to put it back together.
That bit I believed as it's difficult to rebuild furniture from broken pieces of wood.
Cost A?450 to destroy furniture and do half of what was quoted and paid for.

Great team which I could recommend without hesitation. Not a thing broken, even plumbed in my washer. Nothing was too much trouble and had a carpet to lift and take at the last minute which was done without hesitation. I wish them long and continued success in all they do. Read more

Good company but they under estimated the removal truck size required on the day so needed to leave garden furniture to be collected another day. Otherwise happy to use this company again if ever needed... Read more

Initial price was competitive but extended day was very very disappointingly high.

Poor, would never use them again. Shoddy, unprofessional service with most items damaged in the move.

Late turning up by 1 1/2 hours. Lots of time wasting and a 1 1/2 hour lunch break to boot! The move coulda??ve been completed in half the time - but then my bill would have been halved too!!
