Review:We had some difficulties on the day owing to van availability so we needed to do multiple trips between Didsbury and Holmfirth, but our two movers powered through and made sure we were out on time, and into our new property without any fuss - they were lovely, were careful with our stuff and put in a tonne of graft all day. I can't fault them, and would highly recommend BSM to anyone moving home.

Review:I cant recommend BSM enough! Fantastic customer service from Ellycia, very calm in a crisis and instantly came up with a plan B to reassure me my move will happen on my completion day. As for the removal team, Mick, Rob, Ben, and Jack. The team were brilliant, nothing was to much for them! They reassemble my boys bed first to make sure he could got to bed on time while the others worked hard to get everything else finished. You all know how hard it is to move but with BSM, all the stress and hard work is lifted of your shoulders!Thank you so much BSM!

Review:BSM Removals was an absolute God send. We got let down from our initial removal team and BSM managed to fit us in. We had some problems with our exchange on the moving day, long story short we had to move back into our original property after the guys had emptied it, it was so stressful but Ben and his team we're so helpful and encouraging and even kept me laughing when I felt like my head was going to explode. We had to re-arrange another removal date and Ellycia was very accommodating and the team moved us with such efficiency and this time everything with the exchange went according to plan. The team worked non-stop all day and always had a friendly manner about them. I would recommend BSM to anyone who is moving, they are professional, courteous and efficient. They understand it's one of the most stressful days of your life and they just tell you to sit back, relax and let them sort everything. Worth every penny and more.I'd like to say a big thanks to the team from Ken, Lindsay and Ripley (the dog).

Review:Exceptional service! The removals team were so friendly and helpful. They were very efficient at loading and unloading and treated our furniture and possessions with great care. They even moved a heavy desk for us that had been left by the previous occupants! The whole experience with BSM was great with excellent communication throughout.
