C&G Removals would be my ONLY go to removal company should I move again. Amazing experience from start to finish. With a hectic household and work schedule I had no choice but to take up their full packing service. The team arrived promptly on the packing day, all dressed smartly in their uniform. They were introduced to us by their Team Leader, Naz, before they started their individual jobs. The day went ever so smoothly and everything was packed, wrapped and protected as discussed on the home visit. The following day everything was loaded and the guys made sure the vans were packed and secured tight. The move into the new house took a little longer as the current vendors did not leave until 4.45pm on the day when completion had taken place at 2pm. The team on the day waited patiently until the house was ready to enter. The whole team at C&G removals - the packing and moving teams and Naz & Laura were professional and courteous throughly which made our complete move a stress free and smooth operation. We moved out of our house in Leeds into storage in Wales. It took the best part of a day for everything to be packed before travelling and moving us into a container (all on the same day!). The firm was booked moving week. Very detailed quote completed over the phone. Everything advised was delivered on. Very professional and efficient on the day. I would suggest there is a clause in the contract, so when C&G Removals customer receives keys to their new property. The new property is vacant ready for C&G Removals to unload in a timely manner. This was clearly a downside of the day for C&G Removals. Especially due to how late the day ended for the guys. The packing and unpacking is amazing. We could, and still can access everything due to their skills. We very much appreciated the fact we could easily sleep on our mattress having been up 21 hrs on moving day. Read more

Such an amazing company, they turned up on the day and pack a whole house 400sqm. They went through each cupboard drawer and wrapped everything with care. All clothing was packed and lacked. From the initial contact by email then followed up with a phone call by Laura to arrange a home visit. As our completion date had changed on numerous occasions Naz arranged to visit us late one evening which suited us. The home survey was very detailed and we decided to use the full packing service.
The day before our move Teddy, Marios, Tanny and Anna came with all their packaging materials to get us packed up. I must say, what a happy team - they were all very professional, polite and smart in their team colours. All our contents were packed within 5 hours!
Moving day - the team arrive at 06:50 ready to load for our move to the East Coast. Marios, Issy, Brandon & Ted were super efficient with the loading and unloading.
We did get a cheaper quote elsewhere from a local firm, however Laura & Naz swayed us to use them. I am so grateful for the service we had received and I hope your business prospers in the years to come.

They were on time and very helpful during the moving process. They walked through the house first before deciding on the packing of the truck in order to unpack in the correct order at the new address. They were able to accommodate me on short notice since I was moving on a Monday which is not usually as busy as a weekend is.

Great customer service and nothing was too much trouble. The guys did a great job of moving everything from a 2nd floor flat very speedily. I would use them again without hestitation.

From the initial quote over the phone to the home visit, our stress levels had been been put to ease. Our completion date changed on a number of occasions due to no fault of our own. The team at C&G were very accommodating when moving dates, 3 times in total!
On the day of the move we struggled to have everything ready, but Naz and his team were on hand alleviate the pressure. They helped with the additional packing and brought the materials which was a godsend. All this went into their storage facilities due to them being fully booked on our third and final completion date.
The day we completed, our pet courier, forgot one of our cats. C&G Removals went back to the house and managed to find our cat and bring it up in a cat carrier with them.
On a very late Friday evening the removal team arrived at 11pm in Sanquhar, Scotland, along with our forgotten cat! As it was a very long day we assisted with the unloading so the lads could get off quickly back towards West Yorkshire.

What a removal company! Laura kept us up to date with everything via email every step of the way, Naz and his team were always at hand making our move a stress-free experience.

Having moved many times and always used one of the big name companies we were fed up of paying big name prices with poor customer service. So, we tried C&G removals. They were outstanding.
Naz and his team did an amazing job. They worked tirelessly throughout the whole day to get us moved and didn't stop until the job was done.

The whole experience was great up until the last minute. I was moving into our 1st home from my parents, my other halves, and a storage container, only having the assistance from the removal company from the container. They asked how big the container and the size of the house, I described the large items within the container, didn't know I had to list every single thing that was in there, however I was then accused of lying because I hadn't disclosed everything, but who lists every single thing they are moving? and how am I supposed to remember which items are in which location. I asked if this meant a loaded price and was willing to pay extra, however I just kept being accused of lying, and at this point the Director of the company spoilt it for the lads on the day, who were very professional and helpful. Naz and Laura did a fantastic job helping us in our move from Leeds to norwich.
From the outset Naz was extremely useful in helping us determine how many removal vans would be required and was extremely flexible considering we did not have a final move date until a day or two before the move.

The price quoted was better than any other competitors we spoke to in the area.

Before the move day Naz came over and helped us out by explaining what furniture could go in the van in one piece and which we would need to partly dismantle. They do offer a packing and dismantling service but we did not use this.

The move day itself went extremely smoothly. Naz and his fantastic team turned up early in the morning and we were on our way by midday. The team also unpacked into the various rooms we asked, making the whole process much easier as it left no more heavy boxes to move.

Very professional and quality service from start to finish. Our belongings felt in safe hands on the day and nothing was too much trouble for Naz and the team.

We urgently required a removal company for the last Friday of the month and we tried every removal company listed on google and got nowhere.
We found C&G Removals through www.comparemymove.com and received a call the same day. Although they were really busy and fully booked they booked us in with a job being moved to the Monday the same day. Our move was cancelled to the following Monday which made the whole process very stressful being a young family having to organise things at our end but C&G Removals were very good at delivering a personable service which is a rarity in this day and age but C&G Removals delivered this in abundance. The empathy and compassion was a nice touch to the service.
When the removal team came on the day they were on time, organised and made light work of what we thought was a big job whilst protecting all the floors, doors etc. The day became very stress free and when the move was completed we were asked to check every room before completion.
