very good. guys turned up first thing in the morning. loaded everything onto the van and helped pack any last minute items. they then left and went to the property to await completion. once completion happened they were already there. they unloaded everything (ensuring it was where we wanted it), helped put furniture together and didn't leave until we were happy with everything. i would happily recommend them to anyone else. Yes. Leading up to the move there was a good level of communication and I was informed of exactly what would happen on moving day.

We were only moving locally, and managed most of the move ourselves, but bulky & heavy items were beyond our ability to lift or shift. Paul came around to see what was left, and he & his crew were able to fit us into their schedule and adapted well to a couple of unexpected things that cropped up on the day in a most reasonable manner. Turned up on time and made short work of loading everything onto two vehicles, everything blanketed, smartly loaded and then equally unloaded at the other end, moving furniture around until everything was right where we needed it. Paul did a brilliant job moving me from Raunds to the Yorkshire coast. Hea??s an ex-Marine and as such hea??s disciplined, methodical and reliable. His times were spot on, and moved me without any problems or hassle. Belongings were protected and all arrived and were positioned in the new place without any damages. Our chain was a difficult one which overan by 3 weeks, but Paul took it all in his stride and remained in contact throughout.
