Review:Prior to the moving day the person I dealt with was helpful. The removers were good on the day, however considering I showed a video of what is to be moved, most of my items did not fit in the van. So two trips were required. An incident happened where my patio door broke accidentally by the removers. I was told they can not help me as the patio door is not insured as part of their move. The customer service was poor after I paid.

As previously discussed with you and your partner, The furniture that was moved was covered by our insurance, The door that you asked our removals expert to help you slide open as it was derailed is not covered by our insurance, this was done outside of our agreement, our agreement with yourself was to remove items from one property to another, if them items were broken during the move then they would have been covered by our insurance, it was your responsibility to check the property to make sure it was safe before our experts entered it, our expert helped you try to open the derailed door as you asked him to, this is not part of the removal process and as previously discussed this is your property that would be covered under your home insurance not our insurance as it was not part of the removal and nothing moved in our agreement with yourself was broken,London South East

Review:Quoted quickly for agreed scope. Paid a 20% deposit and confirmed a start time of 7am. 2 gents arrived at 7am sharp with a clean van and all the packing bits like blankets, straps, shrink wrap etc. After a short viewing of all of the furniture and boxes they formed and plan and didn't stop till the place was empty a couple of hours later. In Bristol both unloaded with care and attention ensuring all boxes and furniture were in the correct rooms. Both my partner and I agreed we cannot fault these guys. Superb service, great value and highly recommended. Would definitely use again!
