Review:Went for Dolphin as they offered to pack and deliver over 2 days which certainly took the stress out of moving day.Lads were friendly, though there were some breakages which we werent able to claim back due to them asking us to sign a waiver after theyd finished unloading.If you use them then ask to see this in the first place as youre supposed to check if things are damaged as theyre being loaded and unloaded.

When customers insure via our company, they have 7 days to notify us of any breakage following the removal. Unfortunately you chose not to insure with us. It is not the waiver you are asked to sign when unloading is finished, this is the delivery note you are asked to sign to confirm everything has been delivered. Review:Myself and my partner used Dolphin for our house move. They responded quickly via email or WhatsApp. You send them photos for them to gauge the size of van and quote rather than somebody coming to the house to assess which we preferred. We already had the keys so the van arrived in the morning and loaded our pre-packed boxes. The three guys who came were very friendly and professional. They took care with our belongings and stowed them well in the van. A very quick process and I would highly recommend them!

Review:Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dolphin Removals. At fairly short notice they did a remote evaluation of our furniture etc and gave a very competitive quote. We were the top of a chain of seven houses and our solicitor had said it maybe early afternoon before we could have access to our new home so I took out their late key insurance to cover any delay. On the actual day of the move there was a delay at the bottom of the chain so we didn't get the keys until 5:20pm. The removal team were brilliant. They were patient and when we finally got access they worked incredibly hard to get our belongings into the new house. They didn't leave until gone 7pm but they were still polite, patient and smiling despite having then to drive from Shropshire to Liverpool.Thanks very much guys and well done. If you need a removal firm you won't get any better than Dolphin.

Review:Used Dolphin to move homes. It couldnt have gone smoother. The guys helped no end on removal day. I dont know how they put everything in the van like tetra but would have taken me two vans. Took the hassle out of moving on an already stressful day. Great value for money too.
