Review:First Class Service.I cannot recommend this company highly enough. The communication and professionalism are top notch.I requested a quote to move the contents of my daughter's home from a storage unit to a first floor flat over 135 miles away. Joy was just that - a joy to deal with. She provided said quote and upon acceptance, she put the wheels in motion for the move on the agreed date. She confirmed time of arrival a few days beforehand and they arrived bang on time.I met the three removal men at the storage unit (sadly I didn't get their names). They were polite, pleasant and professional throughout. The van was loaded in no time and they set off to meet my daughter at the other end. I followed on shortly afterwards and by the time I got there they had virtually finished unloading. It was no mean feat getting everything up a flight of stairs to the first floor as there is no lift. They did not complain once. They checked that's everything was OK before leaving and as soon as the job was completed, Joy rang to check that we were happy. This is service as it should be.
