5 star service from a 5 star company. From initial survey of what had to be moved to quotation and then to actual moving day all went exactly as planned. Vehicles arrived on time and the loaders could not have been more helpfull or carefull.They worked as a team and their experience was evident in all that they did. Express Removals did a great job for us from start to finish. Our move was from a 5-bedroomed property and involved 2 vehicles and one on stand-by as our access drive was narrow. A representative from Express had visited our home and allowed for that with the appropriate vehicles. On the day the team were courteous and hard-working and equally so on the delivery to a storage unit the following day, over 200 miles distant. In addition, their price was very competitive. They were brilliant from start to finish, organised and efficient.

There were a few knocks and bangs against walls but nothing bad. They did a great job clearing, loading and bringing it back out. They were very accommodating with what we wanted moving to storage too. We would use them again. Read more

They were all fantastic and so helpful. Made what could have been very stressful day, easy manageable and fun!! Worked really quickly and gave a great moving day service.

They were very helpful when they came to survey, and wea??re able to offer get our extra furniture to a charity. We choose them based on that and a competitive price. They were very helpful and understanding as we negotiated dates as we were crashing into Christmas . They provided plenty of good quality boxes. On the day the two guys were great, worked very hard in awful weather and were careful with our belongings. It was a difficult move , moving from a small cottage with low ceilings and winding stairs to a 1st floor flat , and with little certainly about dates and everyone, we had contact with were professional helpful and courteous. Great guys, but a little up against it in time as we needed to rebuild furniture and they usually have one more individual to help in that situation that provided. Help came later in the day though.

They reacted very quickly when our removal date was unexpectedly brought forward and met what we thought was an impossible deadline

Not really a pleasant experience when arrived at my new address. There were 4 movers and my grandson and everything was just dumped in the rooms and left. I had to get them to take thing upstairs that was put downstairs and they other way round. They were in hurry to offload and leave. Read more

Customer service was great with flexibility needed with modern day home purchase and uncertainty of completion dates, the fact that did not require a deposit before going firm on the date was a real boon. The moving team were fantastic with a great sense of humour, just had to keep them topped up with a brew :-) They dealt with all the minor issues without fuss and were experts as safely packing and moving all our stuff.
