The whole process was very easy and well organised. All of the guys were super helpful on the day and nothing was too much for them. We were amazed at how quickly the van was packed up and furniture dismantled. On the other side they were super efficient and careful with bringing everything into the property and putting furniture back together. When making the booking, it was really helpful to be able to submit a video of our property via WhatsApp for a quote. They were also the only removals company who didn't phone me every day to chase for a decision! Jim was happy to discuss our requirements in more detail and then change the number of vehicles required. On the day, the team were absolutely fantastic, professional and friendly. They were really quick to move things and disassemble furniture, taking them all downstairs, and carrying heavy boxes. We accidentally packed some paperwork we were meant to leave for our buyer, and they volunteered to drop it back off at the property on their way home after the whole moving day! We used Good Movers for our house move from Bromley to Dover and would recommend them if you want a hassle free day.
