When other removal companies said they couldnt move us in a day, Impress did it in 5 hours without compromising on customer service! Review:The staff who assisted us during the moving day was amazing. I was noy satisfied cause when I book in htiwr office they confirm with thw orice that they will send 4 satff, however during the moving day there was only 3 staff that was send to us. Very disappointing as its confirmed and was stated as well in the email. I was happy with the actual people helping but the office booking was not professional to implement what was agreed.

Review:Unfortunately they forgot to bring the roller base to move my 8,000 upright piano. They tried rolling it on its casters, damaging the pine floor, then put it on an inappropriate trolley damaging the lamination on both sides of the piano at the base. They refused to take responsibility for the damage even though they had agreed to wrap the piano themselves and protect it in transit. So insurance was useless. Would never dream of ever using again.

Review:I have a broken fridge freezer and damaged corridor walls. I moved more boxes than I can remember while they were watching YouTube videos. Many broken items because they loaded heavy boxes on top of boxes clearly labelled as fragile. Boxes were labelled as going in to certain rooms and that was completely ignored. I entirely regret using these people

However, you have emailed us on 20/6/21 exceeded the time frame of any claim, and you informed us about only 1 thing i.e., Fridge door after 9-10 days of usage and the frozen ice can easily be seen in pictures.- Your Move was based on Inventory list with Furniture only.
