    I have a broken fridge freezer and damaged corridor walls. I moved more boxes than I can remember while they were watching YouTube videos. Many broken items because they loaded heavy boxes on top of boxes clearly labelled as fragile. Boxes were labelled as going in to certain rooms and that was completely ignored. I entirely regret using these people

We have discussed this matter with you on call/ via several emails today(as received the claim) to help you as much as we can with all the paperwork/emails/service we performed/ inventory list etc. We are happy to answer your query in much concise way, as following. - We have completed your job on 11/6/21 and according to Terms & Conditions (online + Printed copy which you signed on Move Day as per our perquisite before starts), you can notify us of any damage within 7 days. However, you have emailed us on 20/6/21 exceeded the time frame of any claim, and you informed us about only 1 thing i.e., Fridge door after 9-10 days of usage and the frozen ice can easily be seen in pictures.- Your Move was based on Inventory list with Furniture only.
